Women Elevation Malta is a non-profit organisation set up in 2024. It has the noble aim of promoting self-development and entrepreneurial spirit as a way of life for women, not just as business persons, but also as workers, mothers, and citizens on a national, European, and Mediterranean level. By dismantling barriers and facilitating equal opportunities, we empower women to pursue their ambitions. W.E.M. is dedicated to facilitating mentorship programs that connect women entrepreneurs with experienced mentors and industry experts who can provide invaluable guidance. We also prioritise networking opportunities to foster connections with potential investors and fellow entrepreneurs. Through comprehensive skill-building workshops, we equip women across all societal strata with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. Our mission includes fostering a culture that embraces diversity, amplifies women's voices, and promotes inclusivity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
