Advancing the Role of Women in Green Tech

About the project

Net Zero Heroes is an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to inspiring and supporting women in vocational education and training (VET) to pursue careers in the green technology sector.
 
The project aims to increase the visibility and participation of women in green technology careers through mentoring, awareness campaigns, and professional development for VET educators.
 
Running from October 2025 to September 2027, the initiative brings together seven European partners across Spain, Ireland, Malta, Italy, Germany, Austria, and Croatia.

Skills Elevation FHB believe in empowering and upskilling educators, teachers and trainers who work with disadvantaged young people, youth not currently engaged in employment, education or training (NEETs), and marginalised adult learners who are seeking to re- engage with learning.
